The air conditioning was ineffective and quite noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The room was super spacious and cozy. We had a lovely work desk with a comfy chair which was just perfect for catching up on emails. I loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool with a book while soaking in the sun, and the full body massage was heavenly! The only drawback was the noisy A/C that couldn’t be turned off, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 😊

The gym was very nice, very spacious and well-equipped. Our top-floor premium room offered stunning views. Access to the private lounge was a real treat with snacks and drinks available. The pool area was lovely despite being smaller than expected.

I had a fantastic stay at Melia during this break. the oversized room was impeccably clean with modern decor. breakfast exceeded my expectations with diverse offerings, including fresh pastries and organic juices.

The room was spacious with a huge bed and big windows giving a beautiful view of the city. I loved the fitness center with top-notch equipment and the spa facilities, like the back massage and steam room which were super relaxing. Breakfast had a great spread, from fresh baked pastries to a selection of juices.

We loved our large, clean room which was perfect for our family. The location is fantastic with easy access to downtown attractions. My kids particularly enjoyed the room service, which was truly high quality.

My kids wished there was a warmer pool option for families. It would have made a huge difference! A little more attention to the pool area could enhance the experience.

The views from my room on the 23rd floor were amazing, offering a panoramic look at the city that made every sunrise a masterpiece. Having a spacious room equipped with both a bathtub and shower was such a luxurious treat after long days exploring. Plus, the breakfast spread? Very nice-everything from fresh juices to pastries that made mornings delicious!

Family friendly experience, almost perfect

The staff here were top notch, especially Paul at the reception who went above and beyond when we found ourselves in a bit of trouble with our equipment after checking out. Samir at the bar was just as excellent, managing to keep it all together even in a packed room, making us feel special with his attention.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth every penny we spent.

However, on our final night, we experienced some disappointing service at the bar. The bartender seemed more interested in other things than taking orders, which was frustrating.

The breakfast is a highlight, featuring a wide range of high-quality options including freshly baked pastries and organic juices.
